Terms of use
Last updated May 23, 2026
Residency Clock provides planning estimates only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration attorney. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship.
Use of the service
You may use Residency Clock for your own personal planning. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” Estimates, scores, and signals are informational and may not reflect your actual immigration situation. Always verify with a qualified immigration attorney before relying on any date shown here.
Accounts
You can use the free features without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync and account management. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions & billing
Premium features are available through a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial and can be canceled at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Renewals continue automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled in line with your local consumer-protection laws.
Data & privacy
How we handle the information you enter is described in our Privacy policy. The calculations and signals you see are explained in How calculations work, and the informational disclaimer lives in our Legal disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
