Local by default

Your timeline is stored in your browser, not on our servers.

No account needed

Start tracking without creating an account or giving us an email.

No selling, ever

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

What we collect

By default, Residency Clock keeps everything you enter — green card date, travel history, family members — in your browser's local storage. We do not transmit that data to our servers unless you opt into a future cloud-sync feature.

What we don't collect

We do not request your Social Security number, A-number, immigration case number, passport details, or government-issued identifiers. Please do not paste those into notes fields.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views and feature usage) to understand how the product is used and to improve it. These analytics never include the personal dates, travel, or names you enter. You can turn analytics off at any time from Settings.

Payments & subscriptions

If you upgrade to Premium, billing is handled by our payment provider. We receive your subscription status (active, canceled, trial period) so we can unlock the right features, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Manage subscription.

Your control

You can clear all of your data at any time from Settings. Clearing your browser storage will also remove it.
